A Private Equity firm is seeking to appoint an Investment Manager to join its investment team.

The successful candidate will play a key role across the full investment lifecycle, including opportunity assessment, transaction execution, portfolio management and value creation initiatives. Working closely with senior investment professionals and management teams, the individual will contribute to sourcing, evaluating and managing investments in high-quality Irish businesses.

1. Evaluate and execute new investment opportunities.
2. Lead financial analysis, valuation and due diligence workstreams.
3. Prepare investment recommendations and investment committee materials.
4. Manage external advisers and transaction processes.
5. Support portfolio company boards and management teams in delivering strategic objectives.
6. Monitor portfolio performance and identify value creation opportunities.
7. Contribute to origination activities and market research.

1. 5–8 years' experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, transaction services or M&A advisory.
2. Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities.
3. Proven transaction execution experience.
4. Excellent commercial judgement and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. ACA, CFA or equivalent qualification preferred.
