What role will you play?

As an Executive within the Balance Sheet and Statistical Reporting team, you will help deliver high-quality balance sheet and statistical reporting to external regulators while supporting the ongoing evolution of our reporting capability. Working closely with colleagues across data, technology, business and risk teams, you will contribute to process enhancements, automation initiatives and control improvements that strengthen reporting outcomes and operational efficiency. Reporting to senior leaders within the team, you will build strong stakeholder relationships and use your analytical mindset to help ensure reporting remains accurate, robust and responsive to changing requirements.

What you offer

  • Degree qualification in Business, Commerce or a related discipline, with a professional accounting qualification completed or in progress
  • 2-4 years' experience within a financial services organisation or a professional services environment, with exposure to financial or regulatory reporting
  • Strong interest in data, reporting and controls, with the ability to strengthen processes and manage risk effectively
  • Experience identifying and delivering process improvements, automation initiatives or reporting enhancements that improve operational efficiency
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build relationships and adapt in a dynamic environment
