Company Secretary, Boutique Firm, Carlow

Our client is one of Ireland's fastest growing Company Secretarial firms providing professional services to Accountants, Solicitors, Tax Advisors, Directors, and other professionals. They are a progressive firm whose Directors are keen to further develop the business. The firm offers friendly environment and flexible working arrangements, including a blend of WFH and a 4pm finish every Friday.

Company Secretary - Qualified or Part Qualified

Reporting to the Directors, the role will involve working with a team of Company Secretarial professionals and duties will include:

• Managing a portfolio of clients across various industries and backgrounds
• Preparing and filing Annual Returns and uploading financial statements
• Preparing AGM documentation, maintenance of statutory and beneficial ownership registers
• Managing District Court and High Court applications
• Drafting Company Formation and Company Secretarial documentation
• Liaising with clients and the Company Registration Office (CRO) on a regular basis
• Preparing reports for the Management team
• Incorporation of companies
• Writing up minutes

The role will suit a candidate who wishes to develop a long-term career in a Company Secretarial environment. They should preferably have experience working within an accountancy or legal firm, where they have managed the Company Secretarial affairs of a range of clients.
