Key Responsibilities
✅ Design, engineer, and operate enterprise cloud data platform services
✅ Curate and manage data platform capabilities consumed by application, analytics, and data teams
✅ Define platform standards, governance, security controls, and operational best practices
✅ Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC), GitOps, CI/CD, and platform automation
✅ Architect cloud networking, authentication, authorization, and integration patterns
✅ Ensure platform reliability, resilience, observability, and operational excellence
✅ Drive platform adoption, self-service capabilities, and developer experience
Desired Experience
We are not seeking a traditional Data Engineer focused primarily on data pipelines, ETL development, or analytics use cases. We are looking for a Platform Engineer who builds, governs, automates, and operates cloud data platform services that enable teams across the enterprise.

Desired Experience
- Strong Cloud Platform Engineering background, preferably on Azure
- Experience managing and operating data platform technologies such as: SnowflakeDatabricksAzure SynapseSQL ServerPostgreSQLOracle
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
- GitHub Actions / CI/CD pipelines
- GitOps and platform automation
- Cloud security, IAM, secrets management, and policy enforcement
- Network architecture and connectivity design
- Platform monitoring, reliability, and operational support models
- Data Lake/Lakehouse architecture exposure
- Python or scripting for platform automation
- Experience supporting AI/ML and analytics platforms
- Financial Services domain experience
