Summary
The Senior Analyst on the NTAM Client Reporting team is accountable for delivering timely, accurate reporting on the client's investment performance, holdings, portfolio statements, trial balance, accounting reports and other characteristic reports. The individual will also perform quality checks on custom reports and ensure they are accurate. The incumbent must work across multiple partner areas to ensure that all information provided to both internal and external recipients is accurate and timely. The individual will be responsible for comparing the rate of return using various data sources, including Custodian websites and other applications. This role has strong potential to contribute to solving reporting issues and to future strategic business analysis for the reporting team.

Profile Summary
- Individual is responsible for responding to functions related to product operations, product oversight, support and development
- Experience in field of performance measurement and attribution with strong understanding of equity & fixed income products
- Co-ordinate activities with sensitivity on client reports to sustain NTAM reputation as a premier provider of client service, while keeping within the standard policies and procedures
- Follow specific procedure for each type of client investment reports and questionnaires; retrieve the data from applications by carefully following Investment Associates instructions
- Interface with portfolio managers, product and/or client servicing to understand servicing and clients' bespoke requirements
- Must be able to multitask, handle high pressure situations and adhere to multiple deadlines
- Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills in the performance calculation and reporting process
- Serves as the point of contact on specific Asset Management product offerings
- Responding to Relationship Managers, Client Investment Associates, Portfolio Managers, Product Managers and Product Specialists
- Identifies improvements to existing processes to further gain operational efficiency and productivity
- Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines are required
- Prior Accounting/Finance experience
- Must have good interpersonal skills with the ability to establish credibility and foster excellent working relationships with internal and external partners
- Highly flexible and adaptable to change
- Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
- Strong Excel Macro and VBA Skills would be highly desirable
- Initiate and support pragmatic innovation within the local business area and advocate to integrate the business into global standards and specifications
- For internal applications - 24 months as Analyst/12 months as Analyst II
- Required - A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience and good understanding of Investment reports, Return calculation and fund management
- Proficient with advanced Microsoft Excel
- Must have good interpersonal skills with the ability to establish credibility and foster excellent working relationships with internal and external partners
- Investment/Asset Management experience would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Asset Management and AM product offerings would be preferred
