- Lead the investment strategy with a primary focus on Fixed Income portfolios.

- Oversee the Equity Portfolio Managers to ensure strong fund performance.

- Guide primary market activities, including evaluating IPOs and bond placements.

- Monitor market trends to make timely asset allocation decisions.

- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Portfolio Managers and Analysts.

- Set clear performance goals for both the Fixed Income and Equity teams.

- Foster a culture of compliance, research excellence, and teamwork.

- Partner with the Sales and Distribution teams to drive business growth.Attend high-level client meetings as the technical investment expert.

- Simplify complex investment strategies into clear concepts for marketing materials.

- Ensure all investment activities follow internal limits and local regulations.

- Work with risk teams to identify and lessen portfolio threats.

Requirements

- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charterholder designation is highly preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in asset management, with a proven track record in Fixed Income.

- At least 3+ years of experience managing investment professionals across different asset classes.

- Deep understanding of global Fixed Income markets, credit analysis, and macroeconomics.

- Excellent public speaking and communication skills to support Sales efforts.

- Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin
