My client is seeking a Transformation Specialist with deep expertise in Custody to support strategic initiatives across their Custody business.

He/She will drive end-to-end transformation work—diagnosing current-state challenges, designing improved operating models, and enabling effective implementation—focused on custody operations, performance, compliance, and service outcomes.

Responsibilities

1. Lead transformation projects related to custody operations (e.g., custody/secure facilities workflows, case management, processes, and service delivery).
2. Conduct current-state assessments and develop future-state operating models, including process redesign and governance frameworks.

Requirements

1. Experience in Custody transformation projects.
2. Significant practical experience in Custody environments and/or Custody transformation delivery.
3. Demonstrable track record of leading complex, high-stakes operational programmes
4. A proactive, "doer" attitude with a strong commitment to delivering results.
