What You'll Do:

1. Build tools that help traders orchestrate strategies across a broad product range.
2. Develop infrastructure that makes large datasets fast and intuitive to explore.
3. Create solutions for trade analysis, risk modelling, and opportunity discovery.
4. Work closely with traders and researchers to understand real-world problems.
5. Experiment with new ideas, rapidly validate solutions, and scale successful concepts.
6. Choose the right technology for each challenge, using Python, Java, React, SQL, or other appropriate tools.
7. Iterate quickly based on direct stakeholder feedback and changing requirements.
