Key Responsibilities • Drive end-to-end project delivery for enterprise technology initiatives
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for development teams
• Act as the key liaison between business users, offshore development teams, and external vendors
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple stakeholders
• Support system modernization and cloud migration initiatives
• Review solution designs and technical deliverables to ensure business requirements are met
• Facilitate requirement workshops, solution discussions, and stakeholder meetings
• Monitor project progress and ensure quality delivery of solutions
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to drive successful implementation outcomes
Requirements • 8+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst, or related role
• Strong experience working with business stakeholders, development teams, and third-party vendors
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical solutions
• Experience managing project deliverables across distributed teams
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience within insurance, financial services, or large enterprise environments is advantageous
Technical Knowledge • Strong understanding of Java / Spring Boot applications and architecture
• Exposure to React or modern web technologies is preferred
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, Alibaba Cloud, or similar environments
• Familiarity with cloud migration, deployment processes, and troubleshooting concepts
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and review technical solutions, even in a largely non-coding role
