Key Responsibilities

Provide BAU support, including troubleshooting, incident handling, and system monitoring
Perform system maintenance to ensure stability, performance, and reliability
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements
Participate in project implementation, including design, development, testing, and deployment
Develop and implement new features and system enhancements
Prepare functional and technical documentation
Work closely with developers, business users, and vendors to deliver solutions.
Ensure compliance with internal standards and financial industry regulations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of experience in System Analyst / Programmer / Developer / Coding roles
Solid hands-on experience in Java and/or Python development
Strong knowledge of SQL and database management
Proven experience in the financial services industry
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
