Your new role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging business objectives with technology solutions. You will gather and translate business requirements into actionable product roadmaps, drive stakeholder engagement, and work closely with product, engineering, UX, and operational teams to deliver scalable digital solutions. The role also involves leveraging data insights to support decision-making, leading change initiatives, and mentoring junior team members while contributing to continuous process improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Product-focused Business Analysis within enterprise technology environments
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and digital product delivery
• Data-driven mindset with experience using SQL, analytics tools, or advanced Excel to support business decisions
• Proven track record of leading change management and influencing senior stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Exposure to AI technologies, process improvement methodologies, and modern product development practices will be advantageous
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills in English
