Your new role- Lead the regional SAP - such as SD, MM, FI applications team across APAC.
- Drive system improvement and business application projects.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and global IT teams.
- Support digital transformation and process enhancement initiatives.
- Ensure application services are delivered smoothly across the region.
- Act as the key point of contact for applications within APAC.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience leading application, ERP, or SAP teams.
- Strong project delivery and stakeholder management skills.
- Regional exposure across Asia Pacific would be an advantage.
- Ability to work with both business and technical teams.
- Hands-on and proactive leadership style.
- Good communication skills in English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
