Job Description

Product Strategy & Planning

• Conduct market research, user analysis, and competitive assessments across international markets.
• Develop product vision, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate customer needs, market trends, and commercial opportunities to drive product growth.

Product Design & Development

• Translate user requirements into detailed product specifications and functional requirements.
• Define product features, user journeys, workflows, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with design teams to deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Prioritize product enhancements based on customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.

Product Delivery & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with engineering, AI, design, and quality assurance teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Lead product reviews and ensure clear communication of requirements.
• Drive efficient product execution and successful product launches.
• Monitor key product KPIs and continuously optimize performance.

Product Commercialization & Growth

• Support go-to-market planning and product launch activities.
• Develop product training materials and sales enablement content.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and identify enhancement opportunities.
• Monitor customer adoption, satisfaction, retention, and commercial performance.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Business, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, SaaS, FinTech, AI products, or related technology environments.
• Proven experience managing products through the full product lifecycle.
• Experience working with B2B, B2C, platform-based, or SaaS products.
• Strong analytical thinking, commercial acumen, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, research workflows, or related domains is advantageous.
• Proficiency in product management and design tools such as Figma, Axure, Jira, or Confluence.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Investment research, investment management, or personal investing experience is a plus.
• Additional language capabilities would be advantageous.
