We're seeking someone to join our team as an Operations Client Servicing Associate to act as a key client service and escalation contact for PWM Asia Operations, partnering with business and internal stakeholders to support operational issue resolution, training coordination, metrics reporting and process improvement.
In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships, driving strategic automation solutions by embracing a transformation mindset and challenging the status quo.
This is an Operations Client Servicing Associate position at the Associate level within Product Support & Services, which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post execution processes.

What you'll do in the role:
- Execute processes, functions and project activities by leveraging knowledge of operational workflows, systems and financial products
- Recognize risk in day-to-day activities and contribute to control enhancements and process improvements
- Build effective relationships with Operations teams and internal stakeholders to support business objectives
- Participate in projects and strategic initiatives, contributing to solution development and timely execution
- Act as a local Operations client service contact point for Singapore, with backup coverage for Hong Kong, supporting escalation management and issue resolution
- Coordinate Operations-related training, stakeholder meetings, escalation metrics and management updates to drive transparency and remediation efforts
- Produce and analyze management reporting to identify trends, highlight risks and support decision-making
- Partner with regional and global stakeholders to enhance the client experience and promote operational excellence
- Ability to establish clear goals and priorities and address non-standard issues with minimal guidance and supervision
- Subject matter expertise in the business area supported, client requirements and operational controls
- Experience in Operations, client service, middle office or asset servicing environments
- Understanding of operational processes related to cash products, OTC derivatives, alternative investments and related asset classes
- Ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and summarize complex issues in a concise and actionable manner
- Ability to influence teams outside direct reporting lines and drive timely escalation, remediation and process improvement
- Commitment to collaboration, inclusiveness and acting as a culture carrier across Operations
- At least 2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
