Key Areas of Responsibilities

IT project coordination

1. Assist cross-functional IT projects
2. Ensure timely procurement/payment to support project schedules
3. Collaborate with business, finance, IT and suppliers to align priorities
4. Maintain procurement efficiency, cost savings
5. Negotiate with and manage external suppliers.

Administration support

1. Procurement & Supplier Management
2. Execute IT procurement cycles (budget → requisition → Purchase Order issuance → payment settlement)
3. Contract negotiation and assist with bidding
4. Monitor contract renewal and auto-renewal risk 90 days and above prior to expiration).
5. Track IT spending vs. budgets
6. Payment Oversight, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payment.
7. Identify cost savings opportunities and report discrepancies.
8. Compose routine correspondence, reports and other documents

Requirements

1. Bachelor or above.
2. 5-10 years of relevant working experience preferably in banking/finance sector
3. Proven track record managing IT budgets, vendor payments and contracts
4. Experience in budget forecasting and cost analysis.
5. Good organization and project planning skills and able to follow-up on assigned tasks within stipulated timelines for successful completion
6. Strong negotiation, vendor communication and problem-solving abilities.
7. Strong working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Suite
8. Self motivated and team player, able to work independently under minimal supervision.
9. Good command of spoken and written communications in English & Chinese (including Putonghua)
