M&A Head-Leading Chinese-based Securities Firm

Responsibilities:

• Leading the team you will focus on both M&A(Mergers and Acquisitions) and other various types of Financial Advisory deals
• Assist with due diligence process on M&A transactions
• Support communication between Chinese clients and international counterparties, and managed information flow
• Execute mandated M&A transactions and manage client relationships

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Investment or related disciplines
• at least 8 years of experience in investment banks, securities houses or other related professional firms; solid M&A experience
• Knowledge on financial modeling skills is an advantage
• Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English & Chinese with fluency in Putonghua (MUST)
• Proficient computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
