Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the full lifecycle of investment products, including execution, monitoring, and enhancement.
2. Support the sales team and client service by providing investment advisories to meet client needs and business objectives.
3. Monitor product performance and market trends to identify new opportunities, maintain competitiveness, and drive growth.
4. Provide insights into client preferences and market requirements to inform product design and improvement.

Requirements:

1. Hold SFC Type1 and Type 4 licenses (Type 9 is an advantage).
2. Bachelor’s degree in economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
3. Minimum 8 years of product related experience
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to explain complex product information to various stakeholders.
5. Good interpersonal skills to understand client needs.
6. In-depth understanding of product technical aspects and functionality.
7. Familiarity with sales processes, market dynamics, and profitability.
