Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day talent acquisition and onboarding activities of the Bank.
• Coordinate interviews, selection and due diligence activities for the teams.
• Comply with the internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handle administrative tasks and prepare reports, contracts and relevant documents.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above.
• Experience in sizable company in Administration and Human Resources aspects will be preferred
• Good organizational skills, highly flexible and be a fast learner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and strict timeline.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Immediate available will be an advantage.
