Job Description

1. DEX Strategy & Product Vision

Define and execute the roadmap for the decentralized exchange, including expansion into tokenized equities and structured financial products (e.g., derivatives, yield instruments).

2. Tokenized Asset Integration

Lead the design and integration of tokenized equities, structured products, and real-world assets (RWAs) into the DEX ecosystem.

3. Smart Contract & Protocol Oversight

Oversee the development and auditing of smart contracts ensuring security, composability, and scalability of trading protocols.

4. Liquidity & Market Design

Develop liquidity strategies (AMMs, order books, hybrid models) and partnerships with market makers to ensure deep and efficient markets.

5. Regulatory & Compliance Alignment

Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure products align with evolving global regulations around securities, derivatives, and digital assets.

6. Risk Management & Product Structuring

Design risk frameworks for structured products (e.g., options, leveraged tokens) including collateralization, margining, and liquidation mechanisms.

7. Ecosystem & Partnerships

Build relationships with custodians, oracle providers, institutional partners, and DeFi protocols to expand functionality and liquidity sources.

8. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Execution

Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, research, product, legal) and scale the DEX vertical within the broader Web3 organization.

The Successful Applicant

1. Deep DeFi & DEX Expertise

Strong experience with decentralized exchanges, AMMs, derivatives protocols, and on-chain trading infrastructure.

2. Financial Engineering Knowledge

Solid understanding of traditional finance concepts: equities, derivatives, structured products, and market microstructure.

3. Smart Contract & Blockchain Literacy

Working knowledge of smart contract development (e.g., Solidity) and blockchain architectures (Ethereum, L2s, etc.).

4. Regulatory Awareness

Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks related to securities, tokenization, and digital asset trading (e.g., SEC, MiCA).

5. Leadership & Scaling Experience

Proven ability to lead teams and launch complex financial products in fast-growing, high-ambiguity environments.
