Head of Investment Solutions, Asia Pacific - International Asset Manager

A leading international asset manager is seeking an experienced Head of Investment Solutions, APAC to deliver bespoke investment and portfolio solutions to clients across institutional, wholesale and intermediary channels. This is a highly visible role for a commercially minded investment professional who combines deep investment expertise with a consultative approach to helping clients achieve their strategic objectives.

Working closely with investors, consultants, financial institutions and distribution partners across the region, you will leverage the firm's global investment capabilities to develop innovative, outcome-oriented investment solutions across asset classes and market cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients across institutional, intermediary and wealth channels to understand investment objectives, portfolio challenges and strategic priorities.

• Design and deliver tailored investment solutions spanning strategic asset allocation, portfolio construction, risk management and multi-asset investment strategies.

• Collaborate with portfolio managers, investment specialists and research teams to develop customized solutions across public and private markets.

• Provide investment insights, portfolio reviews and market perspectives to support client decision-making and enhance investment outcomes.

• Build trusted relationships with clients, consultants and key market participants while identifying opportunities to broaden engagement across the firm's investment capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related discipline. CFA, FIA, FRM or other relevant professional qualifications preferred.

• 15+ years of experience within asset management, insurance investments, investment consulting, pension funds or other institutional investment organizations.

• Proven track record in investment solutions, institutional advisory, multi-asset portfolio management, OCIO, insurance solutions or strategic asset allocation.

• Deep understanding of portfolio construction, asset allocation, risk management and institutional investment products across public and private markets.

• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in managing senior client relationships and driving business growth.

• Outstanding communication, presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
