Your new role

• Manage and process corporate actions and proxy events, ensuring deadlines are accurately monitored and completed on time
• Perform corporate action reconciliations, investigating and resolving complex or high-value breaks
• Liaise with external agents, clients, and internal business teams to resolve queries and ensure smooth processing
• Monitor and report operational risks, escalating potential issues where required
• Support a high-volume environment while maintaining strong accuracy, controls, and service standards

What you'll need to succeed

• 1-3 years of working experience
• Previous experience in banking operations, corporate actions, asset servicing, reconciliation, or securities operations would be an advantage
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
