We are working with a well-established, market neutral Global Hedge Fund and they are looking for talents to join their team as a C# Technical Lead in their Hong Kong Office.

This is an excellent opportunity for seasoned talents with a strong experience in the Front Office Trading domain that are looking to join a rapidly growing Buyside Firm to support their System Infrastructure and Trading Tools Development and Customization as you work closely with the business and help the team take on new market opportunities based on the platforms and tools built by you.

Whether you are a C# Technical Lead with expertise in Cash Equities, Derivatives Trading, Fixed Income, Wealth Management or Portfolio Trading - if you came from a Front Office Trading background, the team is more than happy to have a chat with you to discuss further!

What Do You Need?

1. Hands-on experience within the Front Office Trading environment
2. Strong knowledge and understanding in financial products (Cash Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income) is a great bonus!
3. 8+ Years of Experience .
4. Experience in technical leadership is a must (1 year minimum!).
5. Strong experience in C# .NET is a must
6. Hands-on experience in Python and ReactJS is a great bonus !
7. Experience with containers and cloud based tools such as Docker, Terraform and Kubernetes.
8. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - you need to work closely with other team members and business stakeholders on the role!
9. Desire to make a real impact on the business as you pro-actively influence the business by developing and enhancing the platforms and tools that you work on!
