About the job:

As a Consultant, Financial Services, you will gain hands-on consulting experience in the financial services industry, building strong expertise across a diverse range of clients, projects, and solutions. You will apply your problem-solving and project management skills in a fast-paced and intellectually stimulating environment. You will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise. Our consultants are our greatest asset, and we show this by providing a comprehensive training and mentoring program to equip you to become a skilled consultant.

Job requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in consulting, financial services, or banking
3. Good understanding of core business processes and products in private banking and wealth management
4. Experience in business analysis, system implementation, or transformation projects is advantageous
5. Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly
6. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage clients and stakeholders
7. Demonstrates a proactive mindset, team spirit, and willingness to learn
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus

Job responsibilities

1. Conduct business analysis, including research, data collection, and client interviews/workshops to identify needs and translate them into well-structured solutions
2. Drive the preparation and delivery of high-quality client presentations, including business proposals and recommendation decks
3. Support and execute system implementation activities, including solution design and parameterization where required
4. Ensure project documentation is comprehensive and aligned with processes for management review
5. Maintain close interaction with clients through regular updates, stakeholder management, and relationship building
6. Collaborate effectively within project teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of outcomes
