As the business analyst, you will be responsible for the multi-channel customer experience delivered by various cross functional teams, where you will support and engage with these teams with no direct line responsibility. You will be expected to create, design wireframes, process flows, user personas and journey maps. You're also required to use storyboarding, task analysis as well as user research tasks to capture and develop user requirements. Also, you will engage with relevant channel teams, technology teams, digital teams, legal, risk and compliance teams, etc. to document design options and recommendations.
As the BA, you'll explore data to find actionable insights and make product recommendations via funnels, cohort analyses, long-term trends, user segmentation and regression models, identify opportunities for straight through approval or process through data automation and workflow automation. You will be responsible for collaborating with developers and subject matter experts to ensure user stories are developed correctly and meet acceptance criteria. You will identify and document scenarios and user acceptance criteria and to drive testing. Furthermore, you will assist with change management activities to make sure new journey is understood by staff.
The ideal candidates are required to have bachelor's degree in related field or possess commensurate practical experience. Banking or at least Financial Institutions experience preferred. The candidate must have previous experiences as a business analyst. You must be exceptional in interpersonal and influencing skills, involving verbal and written communication skills.
You are required to have strong stakeholder relationship management skills, and can think innovatively with problem solving. You must have strong analytical skills and the ability to operate effectively with ambiguous and incomplete data.
Importantly, you should have experience in developing business case, business requirements, and impact assessments. You must have experience in leading terms of Subject Matter Experts with broad range of analytical skills, and be aware Agile methodology, sourcing of customer insight and importance of customer testing.
