We are seeking an experienced and driven Corporate Banking professional to join our dynamic Corporate Banking team. In this role, you will take ownership of an established portfolio of mid-cap local clients while playing a pivotal role in driving new business acquisition. You will work closely with internal product specialists to deliver comprehensive financial solutions, combining relationship management with strong credit acumen.

• Business Development: Proactively identify and acquire new-to-bank (NTB) mid-cap corporate clients through strategic networking, market intelligence, and industry referrals.

• Credit Structuring & Proposals: Structure tailored credit facilities (e.g., bilateral loans, trade finance) based on deep analysis of clients' financial needs and risk profiles. Formulate high-quality credit proposals and present cases to the Credit Committee.

• Annual Reviews: Ensure the timely and accurate completion of annual credit reviews and portfolio monitoring.

• Cross-Selling: Collaborate with product specialists to cross-sell cash management, treasury/FX, and trade finance solutions.

• Risk Management: Monitor account performance closely and proactively manage credit, operational, and compliance risks in alignment with regulatory standards and internal bank policies.

• Education: University graduate in Banking, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of banking experience, with at least 4 years specifically as a Corporate Relationship Manager handling mid-market corporate clients and a proven track record of business generation.

• Credit & Analytical Skills: Strong credit analysis skills, an analytical mindset, and proficiency in financial statement analysis and cash flow forecasting.

• Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of corporate banking products, including structured lending, trade finance, cash management, and treasury markets (FX/derivatives).

• Licensing: Mandatory HKMA relevant licenses (Type 1 and Type 4).

• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (fluency in both Cantonese and Mandarin is essential to handle PRC and local client portfolios).

• Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, paired with a self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven mindset.
