Key Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements relating to outsourcing and third-party arrangements.
• Coordinate risk assessments for external service providers and critical supplier relationships.
• Support governance, oversight and monitoring activities throughout the outsourcing lifecycle.
• Act as a key contact for regulatory and governance-related outsourcing matters.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Audit and business stakeholders on regulatory initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of governance frameworks, policies and processes.
• Participate in cross-functional projects with regulatory and operational impact.

Desired Background

• Degree in Law, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
• Experience within a regulated financial services environment, such as insurance, banking, asset management or consulting.
• Previous exposure to outsourcing governance, third-party risk management, operational risk, compliance or internal audit.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks affecting outsourcing and operational resilience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent German and strong English language skills.
