Your mission

We help leading consumer goods companies and retailers transform how product content is created, adapted, managed, and scaled. Our focus is on building enterprise-grade content production ecosystems powered by advanced capabilities, including diverse AI models and Digital Twins.

To support our continued growth, we are looking for someone who can architect and implement the technical foundations of next-generation CGI- and AI-based content production systems. You will operate at the intersection of AI, Digital Twins, Content Production, and Business Innovation , helping global brands unlock entirely new ways of producing content. Working closely with the Dev Lead, you will co-architect scalable production systems where AI becomes a core component of the production workflow-not just an isolated tool.

Your Daily Work

• Shape the Future of AI-Powered Content Production
  Define the vision and strategy for AI-driven content creation, production operations, and automation. Identify opportunities to create measurable business value and guide clients on their AI transformation journey.
• Build Intelligent Production Ecosystems
  Design and implement AI-powered workflows for image, video, text, and 3D content creation. Automate production processes and integrate AI capabilities into scalable enterprise environments.
• Drive Innovation Across AI, CGI, and Digital Twins
  Develop next-generation production models that combine Generative AI, Digital Twins, structured product data, and CGI assets to deliver scalable and efficient content solutions.
• Lead AI Architecture and Technology Decisions
  Evaluate emerging technologies, models, and frameworks while defining standards for AI infrastructure, governance, experimentation, deployment, and operational excellence.
• Advance Emerging Technologies and R&D
  Stay at the forefront of Generative AI, multimodal AI, AI agents, and synthetic data. Prototype innovative concepts, validate new business opportunities, and help shape the future of AI-driven content production.

Who You Are

• Proven experience designing and implementing AI-powered products, workflows, or production systems in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI, foundation models, and modern AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI.
• Strong track record of applying AI solutions within content creation, marketing, commerce, media, or creative production environments.
• Experience taking AI solutions from prototype to production, including model integration, optimization, and scalable deployment.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into innovative AI solutions while effectively collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
