. Financial Reporting & Closing Management Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of management reports and statutory financial statements. Review balance sheet reconciliations and investigate significant variances. Ensure compliance with IFRS, PRC GAAP and group accounting policies. Drive continuous improvement in month-end closing efficiency and reporting quality. 2. Accounting Operations & Controls Oversee all accounting activities including: General Ledger- Accounts Payablee Accounts Receivable- Fixed Assetse Inventory & Cost Accounting Intercompany Transactions Establish and maintain robust internal controls. Ensure adherence to SOx/internal control requirements where applicable. Monitor accounting policies and implement necessary updates. 3. Tax & Compliance Partner with Tax team to ensure accurate and timely tax filings. Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements. Review tax provisions and support tax audits and inspections. Manage relationships with external advisors and government authorities. 4. Audit Management Lead external and internal audit processes. Coordinate audit requests and prepare supporting schedules. Address audit findings and drive remediation plans. Ensure implementation of recommendations and best practices. 5. Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team. Establish clear performance expectations and development plans. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Build succession planning and strengthen team capability. 6. Process Improvement & Digital Transformation Identify automation opportunities and streamline accounting processes. Lead ERP enhancement and finance system projects. Improve reporting efficiency and data accuracy. Standardize SOPs and financial procedures across entities. 7. Business Partnership Support FP&A and business leaders with accounting insights.
