What You'll Do:

Join a highly technical Core Development team responsible for building and maintaining sophisticated algorithmic trading platforms. You’ll focus heavily on C++ development while working closely with quantitative researchers and traders who are actively involved in the technology.

You’ll design scalable applications and infrastructure, optimise performance, and solve technically demanding problems across the trading technology stack.

About You:

You’re an experienced C++ Software Engineer with strong programming skills in a Linux environment and a solid understanding of computer systems.

You have a strong grasp of operating systems, networking, performance optimisation, and software engineering principles. Ideally, you bring4+ years of C++ development experience , particularly involving algorithmic trading systems or other performance-critical applications.

You’re analytical, technically curious, and comfortable independently tackling difficult problems while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team.

You care deeply about testing and quality, communicate clearly, and bring a humble, cooperative approach to working with colleagues.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
