Responsibilities
Your Role:
- You will manage a portfolio of companies and supervise a team of three or more staff members.
- Manage and supervise a large portfolio of companies
- Receive, handle and/or delegate clients' requests to staff within the account, and monitor progress thereof
- Ensure that the full account meets time writing targets; provide guidance and training on proper procedures related to time writing to staff
- Knowledge of procedures relevant to incorporations and all other aspects of BVI Business Companies, and train staff on these procedures
- Attend the weekly Account Managers' meeting and lead team meetings with staff under supervision
- Monitor and pursue collection of KYC information and accounts receivables
- Ensure account meets Citco's risk policy requirements in regards to all business
- Monitor staff attendance and time recording on a daily/weekly basis
- Perform annual appraisals of account staff
- Identify training needs of staff and submit to Managing Director
- Manage different projects that may be assigned by Managing Director, meeting expected deadlines
Qualifications
About You:
- You are a Chartered Secretary or hold a degree in Law, Business or similar qualification.
- At least three years' experience in the financial service industry
- Computer literate; knowledge of Microsoft Word mandatory
- Knowledge of services provided the other Citco offices
- Working knowledge of IBI/BVIBC Acts and Citco's KYC, Risk, and all Group policies
- Knowledge of Citco operational procedures, policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Capable of interpreting basic financial data
- Professional attitude and commercial affinity
- Fluent in English and Spanish and/or have Portuguese language skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and handle heavy workload
