A leading global proprietary trading firm is seeking a Senior Network Engineering Lead to own, evolve and scale the network infrastructure underpinning its trading operations across the APAC region.

About the role

You'll take ownership of the performance, resilience and strategic direction of a latency-sensitive global network spanning data centres, WAN and colocation environments, while building and developing a high-performing engineering team around it.

What you'll bring

1. Proven track record leading and growing high-performing network engineering teams
2. Deep, hands-on experience designing large-scale, low-latency networks across data centre, WAN and colocation environments
3. Strong multi-vendor architecture skills and genuine operational depth
4. Solid grounding in infrastructure-as-code and network automation
5. Trading/HFT background a plus, not essential — strong candidates from other large-scale, sophisticated engineering environments welcome
