We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join a busy and supportive team within the disability/community services sector. This opportunity is available on a temporary or temp-to-permanent basis and requires someone who is available to commence immediately.

Previous experience working within the NDIS, disability, healthcare or community services sector would be highly regarded, particularly someone who understands the fast-paced and compliance-focused nature of the environment.

The Role

Working as part of a collaborative team, your responsibilities may include:

• Providing day-to-day administrative support across the business
• Managing incoming phone calls, emails and general enquiries
• Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
• Updating internal databases and systems
• Assisting with NDIS-related administration and documentation
• Coordinating appointments, schedules and service information
• Data entry and general document management
• Liaising with clients, families, support workers and internal stakeholders
• Ensuring records and documentation are maintained accurately and confidentially
• Providing additional administrative support to the wider team as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in an administration or coordination position
• NDIS or disability services experience highly regarded
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Confidence working across multiple systems and managing competing priorities
• A professional, empathetic and organised approach
• The ability to work independently and hit the ground running
• Immediate availability
• A current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or the ability to have the required clearance in place prior to commencing
