The Role
This is a contract role for 3 months with the potential to go permanent.
Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will be responsible for managing and driving the governance calendar across the group. This role requires a confident and self-sufficient finance professional who can oversee multiple stakeholders, work independently and ensure projects are delivered with minimal supervision.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate statutory audits across multiple group entities
- Manage audit timelines, deliverables and auditor relationships
- Oversee corporate income tax compliance across Australia, New Zealand and the US
- Coordinate transfer pricing processes and documentation with external advisors
- Act as the key day-to-day contact for external professional services firms
- Maintain governance and compliance schedules across the group
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely information flow and issue resolution
- Support broader finance projects as required
About You
- CA qualification
- Big 4 training highly regarded
- Strong group accounting and consolidation experience
- Multi-entity and multi-jurisdiction exposure
- Audit, tax and governance expertise
- Transfer pricing experience
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
