As we enter our next phase of international expansion, we are seeking a sharp, commercially-minded Senior Management Accountant to join our Group Corporate Finance team. This is a high-visibility role acting as the critical link between global corporate strategy and financial execution.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Group Finance Leadership, this dynamic role offers a unique 50/50 blend of strategic Group FP&A and essential group financial control. You will serve as the primary corporate finance partner to our global C-suite executives while driving the consolidation of our international budgeting and forecasting cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executive Business Partnering: Act as the dedicated finance partner for our global Corporate Cost Centers, collaborating directly with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Chief HR Officer (CHRO), and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to manage global headcount, variance analysis, and strategic infrastructure spend.
• Global Consolidation: Spearhead the consolidation of complex budgets, rolling forecasts, and multi-year strategic plans across our ANZ and US operating regions.
• Group FP&A & Analytics: Develop sophisticated financial models, track global operational KPIs, and deliver high-impact management reporting packages that translate data into actionable insights for the executive team and board.
• Group Financial Control: Maintain a strong foundational grip on the numbers by managing group-level month-end reporting, complex corporate accruals, and balance sheet journals.

What We Are Looking For

• Qualifications: CA, CPA, or CIMA qualified (or overseas equivalent).
• Experience: 4+ years of post-qualification experience in a complex, multi-entity corporate environment (exposure to international operations or trans-Tasman/US business units is highly regarded).
• Business Partnering Clout: Proven track record of building trust and influencing senior stakeholders or C-suite executives-you know how to challenge numbers constructively.
• Systems & Data Savvy: Advanced financial modelling skills and experience working within complex ERP environments, modern BI platforms, or planning tools.
• Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who enjoys the rhythm of month-end but is constantly looking for ways to automate processes and elevate reporting.
