The Company
A well-established not-for-profit organisation is currently undertaking a large-scale technology transformation, migrating a legacy system onto a modern D365 CRM platform. With a strong internal culture and a mission-driven focus, they're looking for an experienced Change Analyst to help their people move smoothly through this change.
The Role
You'll support delivery of the change and training plan for the transformation, working closely with the project team, technical delivery partners and business stakeholders. Day to day, this includes developing user guides, training materials and FAQs, coordinating and supporting a Change Champion network, and helping the broader business prepare for and adopt new ways of working ahead of go-live. You'll also act as a key point of contact for the network, helping to translate technical changes into clear, practical guidance and supporting the resolution of issues as they arise.
Your Profile
- Experience supporting IT change and/or business transformation initiatives
- Experience with D365 CRM highly regarded
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, end-user-friendly language
- Working knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies
- Strong organisational and documentation skills
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
