The role assists with the schools' events and classroom technologies, maintains accurate service and asset records, troubleshoots end-user devices and systems, and contributes to continuous improvement across the technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite level 2 technical support and audio-visual support for staff, students and guests, while acting as a point of escalation for the level 1 technicians.
• Support the ICT and AV operational environments across on-prem, hybrid and cloud services, including; messaging and collaboration, business systems, AV technologies, file/print and multi-function devices, VOIP/telephony, wireless and network services.
• Provide hands-on support for core platforms, such as windows 10/11 domains, M365 suite, Intune, Active Directory, web browsers and ticketing systems.
• Support and maintain audio visual systems, including; bells, alarms, public announcement systems and teams meeting spaces/classrooms.
• Deliver AV support for school events, including; operating mixing, lighting, sound and recording equipment.
• Collaborate and liaise with key stakeholders and vendors to install, maintain and service IT and AV equipment.

Key Requirements:

• A valid QLD Paid Employee Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
• A minimum of 5 years' experience working in a technical or AV environment.
• Proven experience supporting office 365 infrastructure.
• Strong communications and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
