Your new role
As a Customer Relationship Agent, you will manage both inbound and outbound customer calls, helping customers establish sustainable repayment plans and achieve positive outcomes. You'll build and manage your own portfolio, negotiate solutions, monitor repayments, conduct customer research when required, and ensure all interactions are handled with empathy, professionalism, and respect.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to build rapport and relationships quickly
- Resilience and emotional maturity when handling difficult conversations
- A self-motivated, solutions-focused approach
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
