A globally focused European investment firm is substantially growing its' Asian operation by developing a Singapore office to work closely with the already successful Shanghai team. Managing primarily European Real Estate and Credit Funds, the focus will be on developing institutional Clients in the SE Asia region and securing a foot hold in the region. This requires an experienced and entrepreneurial Institutional Business Developer.
Your new role
Leveraging of your already established network in the region, this role will be at the forefront of the projected growth of the office. Working closely with Senior Management in Europe you will be responsible for delivering the South East Asia Asset Raising strategy, focusing on Financial Institutions and Intermediaries across the region. This will be a high profile within the business as it looks to develop its' 5th office globally. Among other activities, we manage European Real Estate and European credit funds. We are looking for a young motivated talent to take the role of business development manager in Singapore to support our European funds marketing efforts in APAC.
What you'll need to succeed
Necessary for this role and essential for potential applicants are:
- At least 5 years' working experience in Real Estate and Credit Asset Raising
- A strong network in SE Asia with a proven track record of Institutional Sales
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Bachelor degree and above, preferably with a major in finance.
