They have an opening in their Client Services team for an Operational Administrator, Funds. 2-3 years’ experience in fund accoutning is necessary.

Our client, is Ireland’s leading provider of wealth management, asset management, capital markets and financial advisory services.  They have an opening in their Client Services team for an Operational Administrator, Funds. 2-3 years’ experience in fund accounting is necessary.

 

Day to day responsibilities for this Operational Administrator, Funds job include 

Preparation of Client Asset related reconciliations within regulatory timeframes

Flag all open/aged items on the reconciliations to management

Monitor all Figaro settlement related reconciliation’s as outlined by management

Manage all queries from settlement related teams

Report and advise on any performance related issues

Liaise with internal/external regulators and auditors

Produce comprehensive Management Information for Client Services

Assist in developing and monitoring of Management Information and Control Reporting Mechanisms

Undertaking ad – hoc reconciliations when required 

Skills and Qualifications for this Operational Administrator, Funds job include

3rd level qualification in Business, Finance or a related discipline

2-3 years’ experience in Fund Accoutning

Working knowledge of reconciliations, controls and settlements

Excellent communication, problem solving and processing skills

Attention to detail with the ability to work to tight deadlines

Proven record of strong team work and customer service
